Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully.

Processing Time

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, all orders require 3-6 business days for processing and preparation.
  • Certain items (e.g., silicone products) may require an additional 2-5 days to fully set before shipping.

Return Policy

  • You are entitled to apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
    • The item must be unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
    • Before returning the item, please contact us at Help@LoveSquishy.com to initiate the return process.
    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions via email.

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Please retain the tracking number for your return package as proof. If the package is lost during transit, customers must contact the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Refund Policy

  • If the order has been shipped but is still in transit and has not exceeded the estimated delivery time, a 60% refund of the total product price will be issued if you insist on canceling.
  • For incorrect or damaged items due to seller error, you may request a refund or exchange:
    • Please provide an unboxing video of the unused product and send it to us via email.
    • Once confirmed, we will arrange for a refund or replacement.

Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

After-Sales Support

  • Upon receiving the package, please inspect it for any damage. If there is damage, an unboxing video is required as the only standard for after-sales support.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company to confirm any processing delays.
  3. Contact your bank, as refunds may take additional time to process.
  4. If you've completed all the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Help@LoveSquishy.com for assistance.
