Processing Time
- All products are handmade. Orders require 3–6 business days for processing and preparation before shipment.

Shipping time depends on the delivery option you select at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Fees
- Free standard shipping for orders over $59.99 (applies at checkout).
- For expedited or urgent shipping, email help@lovesquishy.com.

- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before confirming your order.
- If you notice an error in your address, contact us before the order ships. After shipment, address changes aren't possible.
- We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be incurred.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination and carrier.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
- Track your package anytime via the Order Tracking link in our menu.
Returns & Compensation
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to confirm the correct address and arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping fees are charged to the customer.
- For lost or delayed packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
