• All products are handmade. Orders require 3–7 business days for processing and preparation before shipment.
• Certain items, including some silicone products, may require an additional 5–7 business days to fully set before shipping.

Returns & Compensation

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to confirm the correct address and arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping fees are charged to the customer where permitted by law.
• For lost or delayed packages, please contact the shipping carrier and email us if additional support is needed.
