Processing Time
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all orders require 3–7 business days for processing and preparation.
Certain items, including some silicone products, may require an additional 5–7 business days to fully set before shipping.
Return Policy
LoveSquishy offers a commercial return-request window of 7 days after delivery. If mandatory consumer law gives you a longer cancellation or return period, that longer statutory period applies.
To qualify under our commercial return policy, the item must be unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Handling permitted by applicable consumer law does not affect your statutory rights.
Because our products are handmade, discretionary returns for reasons unrelated to product quality are not accepted outside applicable statutory rights.
Before returning an item, email help@lovesquishy.com to start the return process. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions by email.
Important Notes
- For approved non-defective returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.
- Items sent without prior approval may be refused, except where mandatory consumer rights apply.
- For a quality, damage, or incorrect-item claim, please provide a clear unboxing video where available. We may request other reasonable evidence when a video is unavailable or applicable law requires another review process.
- Only after a visible quality problem is confirmed will we arrange a refund, return, or replacement under this commercial policy.
- If adequate evidence is not provided and a replacement is requested, a $12 reshipping fee may apply where permitted by law. We will confirm any fee before reshipping.
- Keep the return tracking number as proof. If a customer-arranged return is lost in transit, contact the shipping carrier promptly; this does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Cancellations After Shipment
Once an order has shipped and is in transit, it normally cannot be cancelled. If you still request cancellation, any discretionary refund may be limited to 30% of the total product price after non-recoverable fulfilment and shipping costs, where permitted by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item is incorrect or arrives damaged due to seller error, email help@lovesquishy.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and an unboxing video of the unused product where available.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate refund or replacement. Nothing in this evidence process limits remedies required by applicable law.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered because the customer supplied an incorrect address or phone number, or did not respond to delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for the resulting loss or reshipping cost where permitted by law.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
After-Sales Support
Inspect the package carefully when it arrives. For visible damage, an unboxing video is the primary evidence used by our after-sales team. If a video is unavailable, contact us promptly so we can review other reasonable evidence where required.
Products damaged through customer misuse are not eligible for return or exchange, subject to applicable law.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider to confirm whether the refund is still processing.
- Contact your bank, as posting times can vary.
