We sincerely hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully.

Processing Time

Our products are handmade. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Handmade Finish

Each squishy is made or finished by hand, so small cosmetic variations may occur. Examples include stray fibers, tiny dark specks, mold marks or seams, slightly curled edges and creases in the outer bag. Product photos show the design, but individual details may vary.

These examples do not include a broken or leaking item, an incorrect item, or a defect that affects normal use. If you receive one of these, contact us so we can review it. Please check the product details and this policy before ordering.

Return Policy

For orders placed from September 29, 2026, we do not offer a voluntary 7-day change-of-mind return for handmade squishies. Terms presented for earlier orders and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

For an eligible change-of-mind return under applicable law, keep the item and packaging in the condition required by that law. Handling permitted by applicable consumer law does not affect your statutory rights.

Minor cosmetic variations described above are part of a handmade finish. We review any reported breakage, leaks, incorrect items or other defects separately.

Before returning an item, email help@lovesquishy.com to start the return process. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions by email.

Important Notes

• For approved non-defective returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.
• Items sent without prior approval may be refused, except where mandatory consumer rights apply.
• For a quality, damage or incorrect-item claim, send your order number and available photos. An unboxing video is helpful if available, but is not required to contact us or have a claim reviewed.
• We review reported damage, defects and incorrect items using the available evidence and arrange an appropriate remedy in line with applicable law.
• If adequate evidence is not provided and a replacement is requested, a $12 reshipping fee may apply where permitted by law. We will confirm any fee before reshipping.
• Keep the return tracking number as proof. If a customer-arranged return is lost in transit, contact the shipping carrier promptly; this does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Cancellations After Shipment

Once an order has shipped and is in transit, it normally cannot be cancelled. If you still request cancellation, any discretionary refund may be limited to 30% of the total product price after non-recoverable fulfilment and shipping costs, where permitted by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item is incorrect, broken, leaking or otherwise defective, email help@lovesquishy.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and available photos or video.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate refund or replacement. Nothing in this evidence process limits remedies required by applicable law.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered because the customer supplied an incorrect address or phone number, or did not respond to delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for the resulting loss or reshipping cost where permitted by law.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

After-Sales Support

Inspect the package when it arrives. An unboxing video can help us understand a delivery or quality issue. If you do not have one, contact us promptly with your order number and any available photos or other reasonable evidence.

Products damaged through customer misuse are not eligible for return or exchange, subject to applicable law.

Late or Missing Refunds

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider to confirm whether the refund is still processing.
3. Contact your bank, as posting times can vary.
4. If you have completed these steps and still have not received the refund, email help@lovesquishy.com.
