Rewards FAQs

Signing in, using Points and sharing with a friend.

How do I join LoveSquishy Rewards?
Choose Join rewards and sign in with the six-digit code sent to the email address you use for orders. Then return to Rewards or open the Rewards panel while signed in. This lets Smile recognize your membership.
How do I see and use my Points?
Sign in with the same email address you use for LoveSquishy orders, then open Rewards. Choose an available reward, redeem your Points and copy the discount code. Enter the code at checkout before paying. Reward details show eligibility and any restrictions.
Who can claim a friend referral offer?
The friend must never have created an account or placed an order with LoveSquishy. They should open your personal referral link and enter their email to claim the offer before any optional signup, then use that same email at checkout. The friend's US$5 offer requires a first order of US$20 or more. You receive your US$5 reward after a qualifying purchase.
Can I combine a reward with another offer?
A Points reward is issued as a discount code for an eligible one-time purchase. Some offers cannot be combined. Check the reward details and the final discount shown at checkout before paying.
